At year starting in1980 Basumati initially engaged in the business of Imports, Exports & Distributions of various Items. As the business gradually increased, Basumati engaged as a Group of Company in the year 2000, with the aim to achieving services in bigger dimensions to implement planned objectives. Presently it has five subsidiary concerns in operation, functioning smoothly with the cohesion of modern world. Below are the brief descriptions of those: -

Basumati Distribution Ltd: Engaged in all sorts marketing and distribution activities of all imported & local goods efficiently through in coordinated team management.

Tie Associates Ltd: is the first company to bring different processed meat items, cheese, butter & exclusive food items from Australia, Brazil, Dubai, Malaysia, Thailand, India & UK in Bangladesh.

Basumati IT Solutions Ltd: It is a multitasking IT company, currently associated with an UK based company working together to meet the challenge of information technology that is vital for this sector.

Basumati Agro Ltd: Working to meet the various demand of farmers in the agricultural sector of Bangladesh, with a view to solve these problems effectively to meet the growing demand of agro-based economy.
